Refunds And Returns
A refund or Return will be offered provided that the goods are sealed in its original packaging and has not been tampered with, except whereas the goods are damaged/broken or if we have delivered incorrect goods.
To log a Return or issue a refund, please contact us via e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org within 4 days. You will need to supply us with the Order Number on your order confirmation, as well as the reason for the Refund/Return Along with photos of the damaged/Incorrect product (if this is the reason)
We will notify you in 48 hours if your Refund/Return request is successful with instruction detail.
If you do not wish to be refunded, You will have the option of replacing the goods or exchanging it for other goods of equal value or more.
The courier cost of your initial order is Non-Refundable.
You are liable for returning the item at your cost if the item is returned due to you simply not wanting them any longer,
If the item is damaged or incorrect against the invoice we will be liable for that cost.
